Patient Forms

Forms can be added to a patient’s record and used to record patient information.

The EHR module > Forms tab is the most common place to work with forms, but you can also work with forms from the Attachments/Consents module.

Note: The activities you can perform with forms vary based on which module you use to access forms. This section covers the tasks you can perform from the Attachments/Consents module.
